I ordered this TV and installed it under the cabinet. The DVD and radio worked, but the tv would not pick up any chanels. After talking to the cable company, I sent it back due to a faulty tuner. It was replaced with a new unit. I checked it out before installing it and it worked fine..including the TV! During installation (putting in four screws) it quit working. The LED display went dark. After a few minutes, it came back on, but the TV would not work after that. I went through the trouble shooting suggestions in the manual and then again with the Coby tech support. Nothing. To send it back to Coby, I would have to pay shipping (which I had already done once) and then pay to have it shipped back to me (which the retailer had paid on the first replacement - Thanks, Ace Photo Digital!). Coby told me I would not get a new unit for 6 to 8 weeks. I am opting to send it back to the retailer again and try to find something locally. This product did not work for me!

I bought this tv for my husband but I use it more than he does! It's nice to watch tv while I prepare dinner or let our daughters watch tv while I get breakfast ready. The price was much less than others I looked at and expected the quality to be less also but that was not the case!

Premier Flip Mount. Buff. Chrome appearance. Easy to install. I used the bolts and nuts included to install under a kitchen cupboard. I'm not using the flip-up feature. My 19" Samsung LCD rotates nicely.

I actually own two of these units. They both work reasonably well, but the LCD backlight is too bright on one (washed out) and the other is too dim (dark picture). User-available adjustments help only a little, but since backlight adjustment is not a user control as it is on more expensive sets, and the service company refused to give me the necessary info to get into the service mode, what you see is what you get, forever.

They will repair the set if it's out of warranty for a flat fee of $45 plus cost of shipping one way, but what you will get back is a refurb unit and they may or may not have adjusted it correctly, they obviously could care less. In this case, I wouldn't send it, because it's not actually broken, just improperly set up at the factory.

Other than that issue, sound is OK, TV/radio tuner is OK, and there are few better options for an under-cabinet system for the price. The remote is REALLY small for large fingers, but works OK. Clock and radio station presets are lost if power is lost.

Audiovox does not actually manufacture these units; they share the identical internal components with the Venturer KLV series, all made in China. Service is provided by Venturer in Canada.

I bought a Toshiba 15LV505 15.6-Inch that I wanted to mount under the cabinet. The customer service at "Warehouseseller" was helpful and responsive as we trouble shot how to make the mount work with the TV. There was nothing from Amazon that indicated that these two items wouldn't work together (I bought them at the same time), but it turned out that the TV is not mountable. They have been helpful in their return process. I give Amazon an "F" but give Warehouseller high marks.

After 30 minutes the TV went black and never recovered. Further the provider Sandadeals did not honor a return as they have a no return policy per Amazon. Makes it tough. Sony will only attempt a repair or give a refurbished unit. The downside when a product fails, its better to buy from Best Stores.

Purchased this TV for use in our pop up camper. It is the perfect size and easy to store in the camper. My only wish is that it came with a case or a screen protector for when packed away. The speakers are a little weak, but not bad for a small listening area. The kids enjoy the DVD player built in.
